Charming 1-room vacation apartment for 2 people, right on the beach, in the "Meeresbrise" building in Grömitz—dog lovers welcome!

This cozy apartment on the 1st floor features a combined living and sleeping area, plus a kitchen, hallway, shower room, and a covered south-facing balcony.

The light-filled living area has been fitted with new designer vinyl flooring and is visually divided into two sections. A spacious closet and a shelf unit with plenty of storage space separate the living area—featuring a cozy sofa nook, a flat-screen TV, and a small dining table for two—from the sleeping area. This is also where you’ll find access to the cozy balcony. A beach chair and additional seating options offer a sunny view of the Baltic Sea all day long.

Thanks to two single beds (100x200 cm), the sleeping area is seamlessly integrated into the living area. Another plus is that the floor-to-ceiling windows can be darkened at the touch of a button thanks to the installed exterior roller shutters. A curtain adds to the cozy atmosphere and provides additional privacy for one of the beds.

The brightly tiled, natural-light-filled bathroom with a corner shower also has space for a bathroom cabinet and a mirror cabinet.

The small, fully equipped kitchen is well-designed and offers not only a sink and a glass-ceramic cooktop but also a fridge-freezer combo, a dishwasher, and a microwave with a grill function.

You can conveniently park your car in the designated outdoor parking space. You’ll find that the surrounding shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. A shared bike shed is available for use.

This vacation rental, of course, has Wi-Fi.

Up to two dogs are, of course, welcome to enjoy their well-deserved vacation with you in this non-smoking vacation rental.
