Charmant et lumineux appartement de 2 piĂšces dans le quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme de Nymphenburg Ă  l'ouest de Munich, prĂšs du chĂąteau du mĂȘme nom. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec un accĂšs supplĂ©mentaire dans le prolongement de la maison individuelle et est intĂ©grĂ© dans les fleurs et la verdure des jardins environnants. Les deux chambres ont 2 lits simples (un dans la chambre jaune avec tiroir coulissant m. Matelas ci-dessous pour 5. Personne) et propre kitchenette. Ils partagent le petit. Salle de douche, veuillez lire les prix dans les informations de prix. En 3 minutes Ă  pied: Ă©piceries, pharmacie, bars et stations de tramway et de bus qui mĂšnent au mĂ©tro et au S-Bahn. En 5 minutes - 10 minutes Sentier passant devant le palais Nymphenburg, d'autres magasins, ainsi que divers Jardins locaux et jardins Ă  biĂšre (en particulier Hirschgarten, le plus ancien jardin Ă  biĂšre de Munich, avec des options de loisirs comme le tennis de table, etc., et un certain nombre d'offres pour les jeunes). AprĂšs environ 10 minutes Auberge de jeunesse moderne avec dĂźner bio bon marchĂ©, assis autour du feu et jouer de la musique, mĂȘme pour les non-rĂ©sidents. Toutes les autoroutes et le centre-ville sont accessibles en 10 Ă  30 minutes. Il est interdit de fumer, amener les animaux sur rendez-vous.

Great rental

Suzanne was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean.My husband, my two sons and I had a wonderful stay there it was a great location.

The perfect, quiet apartment

This apartment was just right for our 4 nights in Munich. We are 2 couples and the rooms are set up for privacy, with the doors open you can visit between rooms. Suzanne was wonderful to work with, making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We would stay here again.

Good accomodation

I can recommend this accomodation, compared to others the price is good. Checking in and out was pretty easy, but you can see it is a very old house, so quite loud (you can hear the water pipes when used, the heating also the very less traffic when there are cars as the windows are also very old). If you are not sensitive to noises or at some parts dirt, you will enjoy the stay. Very useful also the kitchen and free parking.

Tidy and good communication.

The host Susanne is lovely and welcoming with great communication. The property is tidy inside, however is quite a lot more dated than the listing pictures and quiet basic. It's also better suited to groups of traveling friends rather than families. It's location is nice, and quiet. I would say satisfactory for the price. The

Pleasant Stay in Munich

This cozy, clean, and comfortable two room apartment (connected to a larger residence) worked great for our family of five while in Munich. Susanne has nicely furnished the two rooms, one in a green color and one in yellow. Each room has a kitchen setup including refrigerator. Close by is a coffee shop and Rewe grocery store in a quiet Nymphenburg neighborhood. Only down side was the internet was not working.

Convenient location Space is nice overall.Bathroom feels uncomfortable to us (tight shower stall & curtain). Obvious spiders & spiderwebs above bed. Kitchen is minimal Communication was easy.

Great location!

We’ve just had a wonderful week in Munich! Three adults were accommodated very comfortably in Susanne’s apartment. The location could not be any better, quiet neighborhood, very green, public transportation is just a few minutes away, as well as grocery store and bakery. The apartment has everything you‘ll need to rest after a day of sightseeing. Kitchenettes are very well equipped, so you can have breakfast and simple dinner. Yes, the bathroom is small, as you can see it on the pictures, but totally functional, it worked for us just fine. The owner is very friendly and eager to help with any questions. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Susanne! We’ve had a very pleasant time at your place!

Cosy

Fully equipped, everything double (in every room), a front garden full of herbs and cosy flowers, you could have breakfast and a drink in the garden, there was always a shady spot. The house was good to cool with the shutters, although there is no air conditioning. A quiet street, car always close to the house. Shops around the corner. Interested hosts, always willing to think along. Lots of pans, only two hotplates. Do not expect a modern bungalow, but a cosy and colourful accomodation.

Don't miss this gem in a beautiful Munich suburb

We spent a wonderful week in this 2 bedroom flat on a quiet street in a lovely suburb of Munich with our 2 small children. Our hostess was very friendly and full of helpful information. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of room for the kids to play, for us to cook and eat meals and to just hang out after a long day of sightseeing. Within short walking distance we found a grocery store, tram stop, a few very good restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy. We could also walk easily to beautiful Nymphenburg Castle and the botanic garden. A short ride on the tram brought us into the center of Munich. Altogether this property affords a great mix of amenities set in a quiet location with easy access to all the delights of Munich.

Value price for a dated property

First the good stuff, it's a nice location, in a quiet neighborhood, grocery store right around the corner with easy access to public transport right near Nympemburg castle. This apartment is dated but in working order, the kitchen area is well stocked and rooms are clean. However the bathroom is bad. The shower is very small and the toilet is an older German-style toilet with a "poop deck" that no matter how much you try to clean has a bad odor. I gagged when cleaning it. There was an "air freshener" that made the whole place smell like a port-o-potty. The Wifi for the property also does not work. I tried to contact the owner before and after arriving but she claimed that "atmospheric pressure" was the cause of it being unreliable. She also claimed that she described the wireless as unreliable in the listing which is not true. There are also no bug screens on the windows, which seems to be the norm, so you get a lot of mosquitos. Since there is no A/C you don't have a choice. The best description would be it feels like going to a youth hostel. If they updated the toilet and fixed the Wifi it would make the place a lot better. These are both reasonably affordable corrections that would be a big difference.

Sehr nette, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermarkt bequem per Fuß erreichbar.Mit Frau Lang angenehmes und lĂ€ngeres GesprĂ€ch gehabt.Einziges Manko: kein WLAN, wir wussten das aber vorher. Darauf kann man sich ja einstellen.Wenn wir wieder Mal in MĂŒnchen sind: gerne wieder hier ĂŒbernachten.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr angenehmen Lage unweit des Nymphenburg Schloss. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet und wir haben unseren dreitĂ€gigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich kannte die Gegend von frĂŒheren Besuchen in MĂŒnchen gut und habe mich deshalb fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt dort entschieden, aber Besucher, die sich nicht mit der Stadt auskennen, mĂŒssen sich darĂŒber im Klaren sein, dass es nicht sehr zentrumsnah ist. Trotzdem wĂŒrde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier ĂŒbernachten und möchte mich bei Susanne fĂŒr ihre gastfreundliche Gastgeberin bedanken.

Tolle Lage in MĂŒnchen

Bequeme Ferienwohnung in der NĂ€he vom Schloss Nymphenburg. Auch Staddtzentrum sehr schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man an einem langen Wochenende braucht. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kann renoviert werden, genĂŒgt aber auch. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und im allgemeinen hat die Kommunikation sehr gut funktioniert.

Angenehm ruhige Lage, nette Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Kaffee, BĂ€cker, Lebensmittel in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Genauso wie kleine GrĂŒnanlagen wo man prima mit dem Hund spazieren gehen kann. Auch hat die Gastgeberin die KĂŒche mit einigen Grundnahrungsmittel ausgestattet, so dass auch SpĂ€tanreisende am ersten Abend versorgt sind. Im Ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.
