The 59 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation rental, bsak7-31, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. Of particular note are the two spacious, covered balconies facing a sunny southwest. Here, you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate of this North Sea health resort all day long. The apartment features electric exterior shutters for privacy and to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.

The Location
This modern and bright vacation apartment is located on the second floor of Deichhaus 7, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.

Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cozy sitting area. Two separate bedrooms are available. The master bedroom has a double bed with its own flat-screen TV. Another bedroom has two single beds with a skylight and blackout curtains. A crib can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax on the covered balconies, which are furnished with garden furniture for 5 people. The balconies are accessible from the living area and the master bedroom. The electric exterior shutters for blackout are particularly convenient and also help maintain a comfortable indoor climate—especially during the warm summer months.


Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser who book a stay for the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² pool area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, waterfall showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.

The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.


This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bike cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

A day trip to the island of Langeoog is practically a given—since the tide-independent ferry runs several times a day between Bensersiel and the beautiful East Frisian island.

The seven Anna Küste dike houses, located in the heart of Bensersiel, are just 250 meters from the sandy beach and offer 100 modern and bright apartments for up to 8 people. They impress not only with their energy efficiency and sustainable construction but, above all, with their fresh, modern, and inviting atmosphere. Here, you can completely unwind and feel right at home. Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with friends, or with family, you’ll find the perfect place to stay with us. The 1- to 4-room apartments range in size from 28 m² to 86 m², are furnished to a high standard in a harmonious style, and all feature a covered balcony or a covered terrace. The Deichhäuser offer free Wi-Fi. Lockable bicycle storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are available.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in select apartments. However, as a precaution, we’d like to point out that Bensersiel does not have a dog beach, and dogs are also not allowed on the dike.
