The 67-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment “MEERzeit” in the Stubnitz building in Binz-Prora accommodates up to four people and combines modern living comfort with an exceptional location between the coastal forest and the Baltic Sea. A special bonus: During the season, you’ll have your own XL beach chair (2.5-seater) on the beach—free of charge and for your exclusive use.
The covered balcony facing the sea, furnished with high-quality patio furniture for four people, invites you to linger from breakfast in the morning through to a relaxing end to the day. The dune and tree landscape just beyond creates a natural atmosphere and underscores the special character of this location.

The Location
The light-filled apartment is located on the second floor of the modern building and is easily accessible by elevator.
The unique location in Prora combines a beach vacation, nature, and numerous recreational opportunities. Right on site are the Prora Documentation Center, the Rügen Classic Car Museum, the Galileo World of Knowledge, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Nature Heritage Center with its impressive treetop trail. The popular Karls Adventure Village is also within easy reach.
Two bakeries within walking distance provide fresh rolls in the morning. In addition, you’ll find several bistros, a restaurant, small shops, and a bike rental service in the immediate vicinity. A modern EDEKA supermarket (which also has a bakery) with a wide selection and a spacious parking lot is only about 1.3 km away. There is also a sailing school in the immediate vicinity.
If you’d like to treat yourself to something extra, you can purchase day passes at the nearby Dormero Strandhotel for the wellness area, which features a pool, a children’s pool, a sauna, and a fitness area.

The tastefully furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment offers high-quality living comfort with underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and floor-to-ceiling windows in some areas, which create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. Here, a comfortable couch and modern entertainment system—featuring a large smart TV, soundbar, Blu-ray player, and Xbox—invite you to relax. Various board games are also available for social evenings.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing and carefree vacation. This includes, among other things, a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, and numerous practical kitchen gadgets.

Restful Sleep
Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and restful nights.
The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds (each 0.90 × 2.00 m) and is ideal for children, friends, or other family members.
In addition to the pleated blinds, high-quality blackout curtains in both bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep by allowing for nearly complete darkness. Both bedrooms also feature their own TV and a fan.

Bathroom and Amenities
The stylish bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, towel warmer, and heated floors.
There is also a separate guest restroom with a sink and a makeup mirror.
Other Amenities
Insect screens on the windows provide additional comfort even during the summer months.

On the same floor, there is a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, and convenient storage space for suitcases. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
A free parking space is included with the apartment. Outdoor parking spaces for bicycles are available, as well as two lockable bike storage rooms in the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment.
