The 44-square-meter Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, ussp224, with a balcony offers a beautiful view of the well-maintained park and can accommodate up to 4 people. <br><br>Location<br>Located on the northeast side, the apartment is on the second floor of Building 2 of “Strand-Park”—nestled amid lovingly maintained greenery and right next to the promenade and the fine-sand beach of Heringsdorf.<br><br>Amenities<br>This bright, non-smoking vacation apartment with a shower room features free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system, as well as a balcony that gets plenty of morning sun. From here, you can enjoy an idyllic view of the surrounding greenery and the beautiful, historic “Strand-Park” villa. The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. <br>Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee. <br><br>Special Features<br>Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna.
