> die Ruhe > die Strandnähe >> ABER es gibt mehr, was mir MISSFALLEN hat: Der Kunde / Gast bucht EG, weil er gern die Möglichkeit nutzen will, hinaus zu treten als nur einen (kleinen) Balkon zu haben. Was ihm von Upstalboom in der Beschreibung verschwiegen wird, ist, dass das EG 2 Etagen tiefer liegt als die Ebene der Strandpromenade (es sind 21 Treppenstufen zur Strandpromenade !) und immer noch 1 Etage tiefer als der aufwärts verlaufendende Fischerweg. Der Gast / Kunde sitzt quasi im Souterrain; durch die tiefe Lage ist die Wohnung recht dunkel; man schaut auf die Nummernschilder der hinter dem Fischerweg parkenden Autos ! So etwas würde ich NIE BUCHEN, wenn ich davon wüsste ! Man muss im Grunde die 3. Etage buchen = 2.OG. > Ein Wechsel in eine andere Wohnung ist ausgeschlossen, da man nicht einen Vertrag mit Upstalsboom schließt, sondern mit einem Vermieter, der durch U. quasi nur vertreten wird (so wurde es mir vor Ort erklärt).
