This comfortable vacation apartment is located on the first floor on the northwest side of the tastefully designed vacation complex. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the Binz pier are just 150 meters away.

Amenities
This non-smoking, upscale apartment features a bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living area with a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), a double sofa bed (1.40 m x 1.80 m) and an adjoining balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features underfloor heating, large windows, and bright rooms, complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer compartment, washing machine, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and a TV/stereo system with a flat-screen TV, as well as a flat-screen TV in the bedroom.
A crib can be set up in the living room for a fee, and you can add a high chair upon request.

Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. This apartment includes a single parking space in the underground garage for a fee, which you can book upon request. The parking space has its own wallbox (22 kilowatts) for your electric car, which you can conveniently charge via an app and pay for with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. A storage room for bicycles is available in the complex’s courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
