Unique, energy-efficient holiday home set in a large 3000 m² garden near the beautiful Goëlo coast. Bright and comfortable, it features a winter garden for year-round outdoor enjoyment, a terrace accessible from the kitchen, and a light-filled living area with large windows. The garden-side bedroom offers an open sea view. Two private parking spaces are available.

Within minutes, reach the protected Godelins and Moulin beaches, perfect for swimming and water sports. The GR34 coastal trail offers stunning views among cliffs, coves, ports, and beaches. Nearby are the Pointe de Plouha cliffs, the highest in France. An unforgettable day trip to the flower island of Bréhat is possible by traditional sailing boat from Saint-Quay. Bike rental available nearby.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No dogs allowed. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
