Sehr schönes Ferienhaus idyllisch am See

Das Ferienhaus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Den Bootssteg teilt man sich mit den Feriengästen aus der zweiten Ferienwohnung auf dem Grundstück. Für jedes Ferienhaus gibt es ein Boot, das zusätzlich gemietet werden kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Der große Hund der Familie ist etwas stürmisch in seinem Kuschelbedürfnis, aber absolut liebenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal Ferien im "3-Erlen" gemacht und wurden (außer vom Wettergott) nicht enttäuscht. Ruhig entspannt mit netten Gastgebern haben wir eine schöne Woche am wunderbaren Inselsee verbracht. Machen wir bestimmt noch einmal. Viele Grüße

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Lage ist top. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben - alles ok. Durch die Bäume etwas dunkel - im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen ein Vorteil. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist problemlos und freundlich. Wir konnten ein entspannte Woche am See, auf dem See und in der Umgebung genießen. Vielen Dank

Alles in Ordnung

Schöne Idyllische Lage am Inselsee mit großen Grundstück und direkten Zugang über Steg vom Grundstück (zum Baden weniger geeignet, Badestelle ist aber in der Nähe, allerdings teilweise recht voll). Die Bank auf dem Steg ist bei Sonnenuntergang ein Traum (finden die Mücken allerdings auch :-) ). Ruderboot kann gegen ein geringes Entgelt ausgeliehen werden (Weitere Leihmöglichkeiten 400m entfernt). Haus ist funktional eingerichtet und enthält ausreichend alles an Ausstattung für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Große Terrasse, teilweise überdacht. Wir hatten das Glück spontan zu 5 Personen anstelle der ursprünglich geplanten 3 Personen anzureisen, was problemlos möglich war. Auch konnten wir freundlicherweise abends ein Lagerfeuer auf dem Grundstück machen. Auch wenn das Meiste bereits in anderen Kommentaren und auch in der Anzeige korrekt aufgeführt war, folgende Dinge sind zu berücksichtigen, wenn man die Ferienwohnung mietet: - Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Grundstück und auch eine zweite Ferienwohnung befindet sich dort. Man hat jedoch ausreichend Privatsphäre. - Der große Hund und die Katzen des Vermieters bewegen sich teilweise frei auf dem Grundstück. - Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen perfekt, es gibt allerdings nur ein Schlafzimmer, welches auch noch ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa enthält, ein weiteres Schlafsofa befindet sich, wie in der Anzeige angegeben, in der Nähe des Essplatzes, etwas visuell abgetrennt. Sitzplätze und Tische in Küche Esszimmer und Terrasse sind eher auf vier Personen ausgerichtet - Die Wohnung bekommt wenig Licht, aufgrund der hohen Bäume auf dem Grundstück. Das war bei der großer Hitze sehr angenehm, konnte jedoch den ein oder anderen stören, wenn man graues Wetter hat – Der Zugang, obwohl sich alles ebenerdig im EH befindet, ist aufgrund der Beschaffenheit nicht komplett barrierefrei - Der Mähroboter des Vermieters fährt täglich mehrere Stunden über das schöne große Grundstück. Daher ist der Wiesenbereich nur teilweise mit nutzbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Freundliche Gastgeber, herrlicher See, schöne Umgebung,

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, wenn es auch trotz Juli ziemlich kühl war. Der See, die Vogelwelt, die netten Gastgeber, die wunderbare mecklenburgusche Landschaft rundherum, Barlachstätten im nahen Güstrow - da konnten wir uns gut entspannen. Der schönste Platz ist die Bank auf dem Steg (die man sich allerdings mit weiteren Urlaubern teilen muss) in der Abendsonne. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man benötigt. Es kommt dort bis auf morgens allerdings kein Sonnenstrahl hinein. Das liegt aber an den vielen hohen Bäumen rundherum, was ja kein Nachteil sein muss. Für Tierliebhaber sind Hund Bo und zwei Katzen im Gelände, alle drei sehr freundliche Wesen.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage.

Malerisch direkt am See gelegen und in optimaler Reichweite zur Oase und zum Wildpark ist die Wohnung die perfekte Basis für Erkundungen der Gegend. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch total gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt

Naturerlebnis gepaart mit Komfort in einem gemütlichen, blitzsauberen Holzhaus, das gemütlich und sinnvoll eingerichtet ist. Das Hauses liegt nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt, ruhig und erholsam. Mit dem Hund und der Katze der Vermieter haben wir uns schnell angefreundet.
