The centerpiece of the wheelchair-accessible first floor is a light-filled, open living area with a kitchen and a large wooden table for social gatherings. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, even for larger groups.
From the cozy sofa, the view extends through the large patio doors into the garden.
The entertainment system, featuring an internet-enabled smart TV, satellite TV, and a DVD player, leaves nothing to be desired, ensuring you won’t miss your favorite shows even while on vacation.
The kitchen-living area leads out to the south-facing garden and the sunny west-facing terrace. A large dining table with an awning and a charcoal grill invite you to enjoy a barbecue.
The spacious, barrier-free bathroom features a huge, floor-level shower with a shower chair, a beautiful rustic wooden bench, and a handmade wooden towel rack. A separate toilet is also available.
The open wardrobes in the two bright bedrooms are custom-built by a carpenter and were designed and crafted specifically for the lodge. All windows and patio doors are equipped with roller shutters.

The large bathroom in the basement, featuring a walk-in shower, houses another highlight of the Ammersee Lodge: The infrared sauna offers the perfect relaxation thanks to its exceptionally health-promoting effects—especially after exercise or an eventful day. A separate toilet is also available.
The elegant concrete look of the two bright bedrooms on the south side harmonizes beautifully with the warm wooden floors and wooden closets. One bedroom features an extra-large double bed and extra-long comforters.

The high, open living-dining area defines the impressive atmosphere of the attic apartment. Sun-drenched balcony doors lead out to the south-facing balcony with a view of the garden. At the large wooden table and the cozy sofa in the open, bright living area, you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility or the company of others.
