Relax in the Southern Utah Mountains in renovated cabin with Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks less than an hour drive. A perfect escape from the city where you can enjoy fishing, hiking, exploring an alpine setting with 3 lakes, a beautiful meandering creek, lava flows and some of the best OHV trails around. There is snow, (AWD/4WD snow tire/chain Oct-May), snowmobiling and sledding in the winter and Brian Head Ski Resort nearby along with Cedar Breaks National Monument, and lots of beautiful local sites. This perfect retreat features two cozy bedrooms, including a king bed and 2 full bed's, plus two additional spaces—a living room with a sofa bed and a bonus cabin/office with a murphy bed. The serene atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, This gorgeous cabin offers everything you need to make your holiday one to remember.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Please leave any used beds unmade. For any bed not used, please leave as-is. Place all used towels in the bathtub or shower. Please leave any used blanket/throws on bed, floor or couches.
Please wash all dirty dishes, turn on dishwasher. Remove all food you brought.
Log out of all streaming services. Please take your trash to the trash dumpsters on Movie Ranch Rd on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside cabin or on porch. Smoking is permitted at firepit. Please follow all hot tub safety rules and instructions.
Cabin heaters should never be set above 78 degrees. No parking on Forest Drive.
