Stratton and Mount Snow are both just 10 minutes away, with snowmobile trails less than a mile from your door.



The Space:

From the moment you pull into the oversized driveway, plowed, sanded, and ready for you, Echo View Farm sets the tone for a worry-free stay.



The main floor welcomes you with an open, light-filled layout connecting the chef's kitchen, pantry, dining area, and great room, a natural gathering space for the whole group. A wrap-around deck off the kitchen is perfect for grilling after a day on the slopes. The main-floor primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite with both a shower and soaking tub. A large mudroom and oversized two-car garage (with a third bay for snowmobiles and an EV charger) make arrival and departure effortless.



Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds, one with a queen, share a full bathroom, ideal for kids and extra guests. The basement rounds out the home with a second primary suite featuring a king bed and en suite shower, plus a large game room with a pool table, foosball table, couch, and TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a full day outside.



The home runs on Starlink WiFi, one of the most reliable connections in the area.

The Neighborhood:

Set in Stratton, Vermont, Echo View Farm places you at the center of some of New England's best four-season terrain.



Winter: Stratton Mountain Resort and Mount Snow are both a 10-minute drive away, while the Hermitage Club at Haystack is just 15 minutes out. Snowmobile trails are less than a mile from the door, with access to private land for snowshoeing right nearby.



Spring & Summer: Grout Pond, just a few miles up the road, is a beautiful spot for kayaking, canoeing, and hiking its quiet shoreline trails. Harriman Reservoir in Wilmington offers boat rentals at High Country Marina, perfect for a full day on the water. The Stratton Recreation Area, opens up miles of mountain biking and trail biking. Golfers will find courses at Stratton, Mount Snow, and Haystack all within easy reach.



Fall: The backroads winding through southern Vermont to Echo View Farm are among the best leaf peeping routes in the region, the drive itself becomes part of the experience come October.



Year-round: The Long Trail trailhead is just a few miles up the road, with access to several exceptional hikes including the beloved fire tower hike. The charming towns of Manchester, Dover, and Wilmington are all within easy reach, offering local dining, boutique shopping, and farm stands with fresh Vermont produce.



Getting Around:

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Generator: The home is equipped with a whole-house generator that automatically activates in the event of a power outage, ensuring your stay is never interrupted. Please note that during generator operation, we ask that guests avoid using the AC and EV charger simultaneously, as these draw significant power.



Pets: We love pets but unfortunately, they are not allowed at our property. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 12 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 12 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
