Excellent experience, amazing views, a real NYC stay. 1000x better than a tiny hotel room with (usually) a view of a brick wall. The water and city views from this apartment are truly incredible. The bed was comfortable and the living area was very spacious for an NYC spot.Super rare to feel like you have your own place in NYC while visiting, but this accommodation stands out as one of the best in Midtown. I’ll certainly be checking availability here every time I’m in town.The hosts are amazing and responsive to all questions and accommodation. 10/10!

Everthing was great, views were beautiful and worth the money. My only issue is that while I was checking in maintenance or someone came in without providing me any notice. Aside from this I would stay again.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.

Thank you for your feedback, Alaina. I’m glad you found me responsive and easy to communicate with. I’m sorry to hear about the bathtub issue. Unfortunately, this wasn’t brought to my attention during your stay. Had I known, I would have contacted building management immediately to resolve it. Regarding the blankets, the apartment is set up with bedding for the queen bed, plus additional blankets for the living room sleeping areas. When you let me know you needed another blanket, I was happy to reimburse you for purchasing one locally so you didn’t have to wait. We appreciate the feedback on the kitchen supplies and have since added additional cookware and kitchen items for future guests. As for the trash can, it’s intentionally sized for the typical 1–2 night stays, though we understand larger groups may generate more waste. It was also my pleasure to accommodate your early check-in several hours before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. Thank you again for staying with us, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

We had a nice stay at this condo/apartment. It had beautiful views. The instructions for locating the entrance and check in were a little confusing but otherwise communication was very good and went smoothly. We used public transportation during our visit to NY. The bus stop is right outside the building. A grocery store is conveniently in the complex, but it’s a long walk when carrying grocery bags. The apartment was clean but there is no washer/dryer inside the apartment, you must use a shared laundry room in the building. The space was adequate for 3 people but more than 1 chair in the living room would be nice when the couch is being used as a bed. We sat on the living room floor to eat, as there is no kitchen table and only 1 chair (an office desk chair) in the entire apartment. The space was quiet most of the time except for occasional barking from a neighbor’s dog. We had to dig through bags in a closet to locate extra towels and we never did find any sheets to use for the couch. So, a few annoyances, but overall good for the location.

Hi Stacy, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We're really glad you enjoyed the views and found the bus stop and grocery store handy. You're right about the seating, and nobody should have to eat on the floor. We're adding a dining table. We've also rewritten the check in instructions so the entrance is easier to find. Extra towels and couch bedding are kept in the hall closet, and we've labeled them and added a note to our guest guide so they're easy to find. The shared laundry room is how the building is set up, so we'll make that clearer in the listing so guests know what to expect before booking. Thanks again for the honest feedback. It helps us make the place better, and we'd love to host you again on your next trip to New York.
