Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, vor allem von den beiden Terrassen aus. Wenn man in den Ort/zum Strand oder zum Pool gehen möchte, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Es sind entweder viele Treppenstufen oder eine steile Straße zu bewältigen. Mit dem Auto kann man die Gegend ansonsten jedoch auch gut erkunden.Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, der Haushälterin und der Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und es gab stets schnelle Antworten.Als eines Tages kein Wasser aus den Leitungen kam und auch als es einen kleinen Defekt im Bad gab, wurde ebenfalls sehr schnell gehandelt.Die entspannte Urlaubsatmosphäre wurde nur etwas dadurch getrübt, dass jeden Morgen (außer sonntags) spätestens ab 8 Uhr lauter Baustellenlärm aus der Nachbarschaft zu hören war. Eines morgens kam zudem noch der Lärm durch Gartenarbeiten direkt vor unserem Schlafzimmerfenter hinzu.Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Umgebung des Hauses war sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Swimmingpool war sehr sauber und groß ( 3 Meter tief ). Schönster Urlaub seit Jahren. Alles perfekt.

In a good location, close to town and beach with private parking. Most of the external doors and windows dont close securely / require metal wedges to prevent doors and windows from sliding. No safe. No fans supplied, had to buy one from Intermarche. Towels supplied were musty but thankfully took some wash powder with us and washed at 60 degrees and then they were fine. Cleaner removed next day and replaced with more musty towels so had to do it all over again.Overall property was way too expensive and is a bit tired and needs updating and securing.

Wunderschöne Urlaubszeit in Carvoeiro

Ein liebevoll eingerichtes Haus mit schönem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Carvoeiro. Die grosse Terasse bietet viel Schatten, was wir sehr genossen haben. Der Ort selbst hat eine tolle Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an Land und auf dem Wasser an der wunderschönen Algarve.Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr charmant und hat alleswas man benötigt.Die Schlafzimmer sind im unteren Bereich, kühler und aSalz und Pfeffer war vorhanden, alles Andere ist in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich einzukaufen.Lage ist gut, der Strand von Carvoeiro ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne Zeit

Sehr schön, das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und liegt im Ort relativ zentral ( als Ausgangspunkt). Es bestand zu jeder Angelegenheit immer ein netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Great algarve stay for the price

This was a great place to stay for the low price. There are two bedrooms, two baths and two large outdoor patios. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The sea views shown in some photos are not from the property. Additionally, we saw roaches a few times, though the house was cleaned well. Lastly, there was a damp smell throughout the house. At first we thought it was just the humid weather but after washing our clothes discovered it is likely from the washer so we wish we wouldn’t have washed our clothes as they came out stinkier.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Föhn und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, wenigstens Salz und Pfeffer.

Schönes Haus mit eigenem Stellplatz

Oberhalb vom Herzen Carvoeiros mit zwei Dachterassen gelegene Ferienwohnung, die sich über drei Ebenen zieht. Die Terrassen waren mit Liegen und Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Haushaltshilfe die in der Woche jeden Tag vormittags für ca 45 min gekommen ist. Den Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir fast die ganze Woche für uns alleine.

Excellent place to stay

Well located accommodation, available host and very nice housekeeper ! We loved our stay in Carvoeiro, the house is only less than 10 min walk from the beach.

Tolles Haus und Umgebung

Tolles Haus und die Lage ist auch gut... Der Weg zum Haus ist aber sehr anstrengend da nur eine sehr steile Straße von Carvoeiro zum Haus führt... Man sollte schon fit sein ansonsten wird es sehr anstrengend... Das Haus und Einrichtung waren tipptopp

Agréable maison de vacances

La maison est propre et bien entretenue. Les 2 salles de bain représentent un vrai avantage. Le quartier est calme c’est idéale pour se reposer mais aussi pas trop loin en voiture des lieux de fête comme Praia Da Rocha

Wonderful stay in Carvoeiro!

What a beautiful place to stay!! Very clean, perfect for two couples. Beautiful views. Bring good shoes if walking to beach- to me and my group, it was perfect, but if mobility issues may be difficult. Wish I could go back.

Lovely property but....

the house and facilities were brilliant. Very steep walk to the centre and communal pool and therefore anyone with difficulty walking would be better to look elsewhere.

Carveiro villa holiday

Before continuing, I need to point out the property we stayed at was a lovely villa, part of a community os identical units. It was lovely but it is NOT the photo above. It was very confusing driving there: while getting higher up the mountain, it was decidedly not going to be the photo of property booked. This should be corrected. Really. Otherwise, the place was lovely and well located a 10 ish walk down to beach. We never did find the pool.

Comfortable stay in Carvoeiro

Casa Alicia is a comfortable house with a full equipment. The housekeeping was marvelous! Three little remarks: we missed some coffee or tea on arrival, the agency didn’t contact us on the first day as described and the boiler didn’t have warm water the next day. But we managed:-) Overall five stars!

Good place to stay

The property is just as advertised. It is clean and well maintained. Herbert was east to communicate with and ver my responsive. The location is good but walking down to the town center (and particularly back) will be difficult for anyone with any mobility limits.
