Our cosy semi-detached house Pumbaa in the holiday home Hakuna Matata is located in a green holiday home settlement surrounded by Pomeranian forest landscape on the edge of the village of Bodstedt and the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". It guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A mild coastal climate, kilometres of fine sandy beaches and rustic forests create an idyllic location. Time out in the countryside - an ideal holiday destination at any time of year away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. spend your holiday in our lovingly designed "Haus Hakuna Matata - DHH Pumbaa". The plot covers 400 m² and the living space in the house is approx. 140 m². The house was completed in July 2022 and on the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen (if something is missing, we will take care of it), the living room with a couch and a beautiful, cosy fireplace and a bathroom with a large closed shower and hairdryer. The ground floor is tiled and has underfloor heating. The sunny terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great barbecue evenings. There are garden chairs with adjustable backrests for sunbathing and a column air grill. The garden invites you to play, relax, linger and unwind. 3 beautiful bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with its own internet-enabled TV for a total of 6 people and a bathroom with a large open shower. The top floor is a large open-plan room with a double bed and plenty of space to play.

The "Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg" cycle path close to the estate takes you once around the entire Bodden, approx. 80 km. This can easily be done in one day. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst is approx. 30 minutes by bike. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards. Jogging and Nordic walking are also recommended.Bodstedt: The small harbour with the typical wooden fishing boats, the Zeesenboote, is particularly beautiful to look at. The oldest Zeesen boat regatta takes place every year on the first weekend in September. There is a landing stage for boat trips around the Bodden and for boat transfers to the Darß. The local beach is only three minutes away by bike. The shallow water zones are ideal for beginners and water rats. Adults can relax on the large lawn next to it.
