Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style “Ferienhaus Baywatch” semi-detached home—situated in the front row—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults, the 68m² vacation home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and the highlight: a dry sauna.<br><br>Utilities such as gas, water, and electricity are included!<br><br>There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One of them features two single beds pushed together (total size 180x200 cm), and the other has two single beds (each 90x200 cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the first floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. <br><br>The outdoor area features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space right next to the house. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached house impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view toward the sea. <br><br>Please note that the images are examples of a house of the same design.
