Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnungen EG und OG sind hübsch eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Garten hat den Kindern gefallen. Die Umgebung zum Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und animiert zum spazieren, wandern. Das Meer ist nicht weit.

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Ferienhaus mit 2 getrennten Gästewohnungen. Man hat hier alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für frische Brötchen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Den Stern Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gab es nur, weil die Bäder mit ihren dunklen Möbeln nicht ganz so gründlich von Staub befreit waren und wir da etwas nachputzen mussten. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

Schönes Haus mit klein Manko

Das Haus ist sehr schon und gut ausgestattet. Das Inventar ist an manchen Stellen schon sehr abgenutzt. Sauberkeit ist ok. Viel Spinnweben im Innen und Aussenbereich. Viel Wollmäuse unter dem Bett. Fenster könnt man auch mal wieder Putzen.

Perfekt als Familientreff

Ein schönes Haus mit 2 Wohnungen, in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Sehr wohl, wenn nicht dieses Ameisenproblem (welches wohl bekannt war) gewesen wäre. Man saß quasi mit ihnen am Tisch. Der zweite Minuspunkt waren die fehlenden Fliegengitter an allen Schlafräumen. Um nicht als Nahrungsquelle für Mücken herhalten zu müssen, schliefen wir alle mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Zum Glück war es noch nicht so heiß. Als kinderfreundliche Unterkunft hätte in dem großen Garten auch ein kleiner Spielplatz o.ä. stehen können. Den Grill haben wir sauber hinterlassen, was unsere Vorgänger leider nicht getan haben, was vielleicht auch an der fehlenden Drahtbürste lag. Mir fehlte der Fön, aber es hätte mir auch vorher auffallen können, dass es keinen gab. Genug gemeckert, ich würde sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, denn wir hatten trotz allem eine schöne Zeit.

Reetdach (Sylt) Feeling mit Jugendherbergs Touch

Haus an guter Location. Nur extrem rudimentär eingerichtet, keine Handtuchhaken Bad oder Küche, und spartanische (nackte, kalte) Dekoration. Auffällig war folgendes: Die Heizung konnte nur vom Haus Eigentümer per WLAN reguliert werden. Die feuchten Handtücher im Bad trockneten kaum über Nacht und trotz 2maliger Bitte, wurde dies nur für wenige Stunden geändert, danach war es wieder kalt. Bei einem nicht unerheblichem Mietpreis finde ich das sehr grenzwertig. Ebenfalls ignoriert wurde meine Bitte an die Verwaltung und den Eigentümer um Reparatur des WC Deckels (war extrem lose, kurz vorm Herabfallen) - keine Reaktion. Ergo: ordentliches Haus & gute Location, Ausstattung: naja, Geschmackssache, Gästebetreuung: nicht vorhanden

Zu Hause fühlen im Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem Haus eine kleine Auszeit mit 3 Genrationen genossen. Oma und Opa hatten die Wohnung im 1. Stock und wir als Eltern mit 2 Kindern (8 und 13) das Erdgeschoss. Die Lage am Rand der Siedlung war sehr schön. Die Wohnungen waren hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Man sieht, das alles extra für das Haus angeschafft wurde, keine alten ausrangierten Möbel. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus gemütlich und trotzdem nicht überladen. Viel Platz für die eigenen Sachen in den Schränken. An dem großen Esstisch unten konnten wir bequem zu 6. essen. Außerdem ist das Haus gut isoliert. Man hat kaum etwas aus den anderen Räumen gehört, die Kinder konnten schlafen, obwohl der Fernseher lief. Alles war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus in erholsamer Umgebung

Die Apartments sind zweckmässig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders schön war der grosse Esstisch an dem bis zu 10 Personen Platz finden und ihre Mahzeiten geniessen können. Leider fehlte eine Mikrowelle, die die Küchenarbeit erleichtert hätte. Die Betten und Matratzen entsprechen dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei schlechtem Wetter, konnten wir über ein stabiles W-LAN, Filme zur allgemeinen Aufheiterung streamen. Supi, gerne wieder!
