Holiday house Villa Palma is located outside the old town of Supetar in a row of spacious holiday houses right by the sea. It is surrounded by a magnificent garden with Mediterranean plants and has a private swimming pool of 40 m² with a huge sun terrace and sun loungers. Environmentally friendly chlorine-free pool water ensures a natural bathing experience in crystal clear salt water without chlorine.
The brand new SWIMMING POOL IS PRIVATE AND RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY JUST FOR OUR GUESTS. The swimming pool is equipped with Jacuzzi hydromassage.

The holiday house "Villa Palma" consisting of a spacious, comfortable apartment on the first floor with 100 m2 of living space and 36 m2 terrace with a view of the sea and pool, offers you a well-kept, pleasant atmosphere and peace. The bathing bay with a long beach, which offers excellent bathing opportunities, lies just out the door, down a path few minutes walk away from the house and is also suitable for the children. There are countless beaches and picturesque bays in the vicinity that offer bathing pleasure.
From the house to the centre of the city Supetar it is a five minutes drive or approximately 20 minutes walking. There you can purchase fresh produce at the outdoor market and whatever else you may want in various shops. The nearest small supermarket (very good selected) you can reach by feet in 10 min from our house.
Main seasons are July and August. It is specially beautiful in June and September. Then the weather is lovely and stable, the sea is warm and one can swim wonderfully. We recommend these months for everyone who wants to spend a quiet holiday. May, June, September and October are also suitable for seniors.

FACILITIES: The first floor houses a spacious and comfortable holiday apartment (100 qm living space) with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large terrace overlooking the sea.

There are two ways to access the living space: there is a staircase at the side of the house, which leads to a large private terrace. Then is also another staircase at the back of the house.
From the living room you enter directly the terrace with the sea view.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air condition, TV with satellite antenna, coffee machine and microwave. There is a rustic barbecue area in the garden which you can use. A secure free parking spot for 2 cars is included.

The island of Brač has very good traffic connections with the mainland. In the summer season the ferries run daily between Split and Brač 14 times in both directions. The cozy ferry trip takes about 45 minutes.

SWIMMING POOL RULES
The swimming pool can be used from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The swimming pool may not be used during a thunderstorm.
Children and non-swimmers must be under the constant supervision of a vigilant, undistracted adult.
Children who cannot swim or who are weak swimmers should never use the swimming pool without appropriate swimming aids (PPE - Personal Protective Equipment).
Jumping into the pool from edges, steps, etc. is not allowed.
Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the swimming pool.
In any case, the use of the swimming pool must be denied if a person is impaired due to the consumption of alcohol, drugs or medication.
Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
