The apartment is located in a newly built farmhouse and sits in a completely secluded setting surrounded by meadows and forests. Thanks to the large play areas and the lack of immediate neighbors, the apartment is particularly well-suited for families with children. In summer, it’s a wonderful hiking area; in winter, there’s a sledding hill right in front of the house and vast areas for cross-country skiing. No car traffic; the nearest farm with a restaurant is about 800 meters away. <br>The new, south-facing apartment with a direct view of the Alps is tastefully furnished and features a balcony. The spacious, fully fenced-in garden and the terrace are also available for use. The house is surrounded by meadows, forests, two small fishing ponds, and a stream. The house has its own well and a solar power system. <br>We’ve expanded our playground to include:<br>* a two-seater swing from which you can see the mountain peaks, <br>* a water station that provides relief from the heat in summer or where you can wash your four-legged friends’ paws,<br>* a campfire pit with a grill area, If there isn’t enough wood in stock, you’ll have to go gather some in the nearby forest.<br>* For especially adventurous kids, there’s a trail down the hillside to the Schwarzenbach. You can dam it up and divert the flow, or sail through locks in homemade boats. Entire boatloads of wood can be transported downstream. <br>There are no limits to the creativity of adventurous children and their parents here. <br><br>If you’d rather not cook in the new kitchen with its dishwasher, coffee maker, etc., you’ll find local specialties at reasonable prices at the Restaurant zur Gfällmühle (approx. 5 km). Afterward, you can relax at the adjacent outdoor pool with its large sunbathing lawn.<br>You can enjoy peace and relaxation far away from any traffic. <br>Larger cities, such as Kaufbeuren and Kempten, are also in the immediate vicinity.
