Nautica Apartment 32 "Oceanfront"

Welcome to the "Nautica" apartment complex in Haffkrug, in the "Oceanfront" apartment. A high-quality 2-room apartment with a stunning ocean view. The apartment is 45 m² and is located on the 2nd floor. It is equipped for 2 people.

The modern living-dining area facing the sea features a cosy corner couch, a large TV with a Sonos sound system, and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the balcony with an awning, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. The open-concept kitchen area offers every convenience. The oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and range hood are all high-quality Miele appliances. The apartment also features a safe.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. The additional TV in the bedroom also features a Sonos sound system.
The amenities are rounded out by the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet.

A complimentary XL underground parking space is available to guests.
The building’s washing machine is available for use (for a fee).
From mid-May through mid-September, the property offers guests a heated outdoor swimming pool.

The centre of Haffkrug is just a few minutes’ walk away. There you’ll find cosy restaurants, boutiques, and shopping opportunities. The Baltic Sea beach is located directly across from the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 10.08.2026, the outdoor pool will no longer be available for use in 2026!


Complex:

This well-maintained complex is located directly on the sea. Just a few steps from your apartment and you’re on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, shops, and recreational and shopping options are right nearby. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage. A washing machine is available for shared use in the building. The outdoor swimming pool is open from May through September.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Super mit dem Schwimmbecken und ein TG Platz ist auch dabei. Klasse ! Nach einer spontanen Entscheidung konnte ich kurzfristig noch einige freie Tage buchen. Habe direkt einen freundlichen Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin im Büro gehabt. Gerne hätte ich für etwas länger Zeit gebucht.
