Villa Charlotte is a luxuriously renovated old country estate in the quiet and dreamy area of central Istria, in the middle of the small town of Radovani, near Visnjan and not far from the tourist pearl of Porec.

The price of accommodation includes a hostess every day for 4 hours. Every morning breakfast will be prepared, the bathroom and kitchen will be cleaned and the beds made. 

Villa Charlotte consists of 3 unique living units and a pool house, forming a completely self-contained unit. The property can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests in 7 stylishly furnished rooms. The main house (house no. 1) extends over 2 floors. The ground floor welcomes you with a large fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful dining room where you can enjoy your meals. The two beautiful living rooms with comfortable and stylish lounge sets and satellite TV await you on the 1st floor. One offers an open fireplace for cozy evenings, while the other has direct access to one of the terraces where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 single bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. This unit sleeps up to seven guests. House no. 2 is distributed on 2 levels: with two double bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with living room and a small toilet on the ground floor.

This unit sleeps a total of four guests. All rooms in house no. 3 are on the ground floor. It is a fully equipped studio apartment (with a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom) suitable for two guests. House no. 4 is the pool house - also beautifully renovated. It offers a sofa bed for one guest, a toilet and a direct exit to the pool area. 

The villa offers a nearly 200m2 large terrace - 150m2 of which is covered. A covered patio with quality lounge furniture and a BBQ is ideal for al fresco dining.
