Family vacation

The owner took days to reply which was useless ehen he did since we were only there 2 1/2 days - before we got password for WiFi and it didn’t work - the outdoors room with only tv in house was so strong with smoke smelling that we were not able to use. There was no book for instructions in using appliances- there was supposed to be a washer no washer to be found - no broom or mop or vacuumed - trash bags - 1 roll of toilet paper for 8 people - the pool or sauna outside was green - the normal VRBO. I normally stay in we at least have basic things - you need to bring everything except bedding- that was great & clean not enough pots & pans - otherwise location is great & place is really nice just need to update common essentials
