The comfortably furnished Winterberg Apartment 21097 is located directly on the golf course and only a 10-minute walk from the Winterberger ski lift carousel.
Approx. 75 m² of living space are distributed over a large living-dining room, a modern kitchen, hallway, bathroom with bathtub and washbasin as well as one separate toilet with washbasin and two spacious double bedrooms, one of them with access to the covered balcony, which in summer is equipped with Garden furniture.
A swimming pool, a sauna (for a fee) and a ski cellar are available in the golf court.
The golf course is right next door.
There is a parking lot in front of the building. There are a few steps from the car park to the entrance. The flat is on the 1st floor without a lift.
