Our holiday home is conveniently located within easy reach of a variety of amenities and the local beach, “Spiaggia dello Squalo.” We have equipped and furnished our apartment to provide you with a familiar and comfortable environment, ensuring that you feel right at home during your stay. The apartment is located in the characteristic Belvedere Village located in Pittulongu (Olbia). The entrance from the private garden leads directly onto the covered veranda (living area) which can be closed off with sliding glass doors. This leads to the living room equipped with a double sofa bed with a mattress and double bed base, a TV wall (43″ Smart TV connected via WiFi), and a fully equipped kitchen! From the hallway, you will find the bathroom on the left-hand side – fitted with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. On the opposite side of it, you’ll find the double bedroom with a memory foam mattress, a TV (32″ Smart TV connected via WiFi), a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space for your luggage and belongings.

The area of the apartment is strategic and offers all the services to enjoy a holiday without necessarily using a means of transport. - The shared swimming pool is open in the summer months from 15 June to 15 September: from 15 June to 30 June from 15:00 to 19:00, from 1 July to 31 August from 10:00 to 13:00 before midday and from 15:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon and from 1 to 15 September from 10:00 to 13:00; the swimming pool is closed on Mondays.
