Welcome to L'Horizon d’Or eco-lodge, a contemporary holiday home built in 2025 and ideally situated in a peaceful location near Profondeville. With its family-friendly atmosphere, modern comforts and lush green surroundings, it is the perfect place to unwind as a couple or with the family, far from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all amenities. The fully private detached house offers 85 m² of living space comprising a modern 45 m² living room (with a fully equipped kitchen, TV corner, a reading corner by the fire, and a dining area), a cosy 22 m² suite for adults (equipped with a king-size bed, modern bath, washbasin and television), a shower room with toilet, and a loft-style bedroom on the mezzanine level designed for children or teenagers with two single beds. The property features a private garden, a terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, two private parking spaces, and direct access to a 146-hectare protected nature reserve that will delight hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. The property is situated in a very quiet, secluded area, less than 2 km from all the amenities in the village (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, etc.). The property has a shelter for storing up to 4 bicycles, complete with an electric charging point. An electric car charging station is available as an optional extra at an additional cost. The building has been designed to offer maximum comfort whilst minimising its environmental footprint (energy efficiency class A, electric heating via solar panels and a high-efficiency pellet stove, rainwater harvesting).
