The detached holiday home is situated in a 2000 m² large, well-kept garden in a quiet location.
Surrounded by idyllic olive groves, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the unspoiled landscape.

In the house Messinia you live on 3 levels.

Level 1: 45 sqm Own entrance.
Here you will find a living room with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a large bathroom. Sea and pool views.

Level 2: 110 sqm - main entrance
Here is an open living room, large kitchen, a conservatory with dining area, a terrace overlooking the garden, pool and sea.
You will also find a bedroom with a bathroom.

Level 3: 15 sqm
Here is a bedroom with bathroom and balcony.

You will find an excellent standard and comfortable facilities.
Our modern kitchens are perfectly equipped with every comfort.

Fantastic property

Stayed here in August with family (6 adults in total) and had a really wonderful holiday. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and really does not disappoint. If anything, I think it was slightly larger than I expected. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater including a fantastic coffee machine. There are plenty of places to sit and relax inside and outside and the house is well air conditioned, a blessing in August when temperatures are in the 30s. Outside there are plenty of places to sit in the shade, and the gardens/landscaping around the property are quite stunning. The pool is a good size and definitely essential for hot days. Would also like to thank the host, Marianne, who is incredibly helpful and friendly. She made everything really easy for us. I thoroughly recommend this property.

Très agréable séjour

Super maison très bien équipée et très confortable. Nous avons adoré y séjourner. Marianne habite la maison d’à côté, mais est tres discrète et toujours disponible. La piscine est tres agréable ainsi que les différents espaces extérieurs joliment fleuris.

Excellent relaxing holiday

Beautiful house and amazing views across the lovely pool to the sea. Really close to Koroni and the lovely local beach which was never overcrowded. Marianne is an excellent host and always super helpful when we had questions. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Perfect home with a view and walking distance to the beach

Great home with space for everyone, great view and a short walk through the olive orchards to the beach. owners were very helpful and the home is spectacularly clean. All in all a great stay just too short!

Heavenly vacations!!!

We were 2 families (4 adults and 3 children) who spent 6 days in August at Marianne's beautiful home. Words cannot describe how exquisite everything was. When we first arrived at the house, Marianne warmly welcomed us and offered us useful information on places we should visit. The house was impressive. White colors dominated in most of the house and decoration was amazing. All bedrooms had air conditioning and large twin beds with lots of pillows, comfortable mattresses, safe and private bathrooms. One thing we were concerned as parents was the cleanliness and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well maintained everything was. The kitchen was fully equipped and an awesome coffee machine made our mornings even better. One small note though: the television of the house could only broadcast German speaking channels, which was a challenge, mostly for our young ones. Outside the house there was a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view for our morning coffee and just a few steps away the pool with many sunbeds, umbrellas and a second patio. On top of this, Marianne also provided us with portable sunbeds and umbrellas, beach towels and even portable fridges for our getaways to the magnificent beaches. We were really impressed with the total environment of the villa (inside and outside) and we would surely recommend it in a heartbeat!!! Personally, it's a place I hope I will be able to return!

Excellent séjour chez Marianne et Hans!

Que dire? La maison est un petit bijoux, la vue est magnifique, Marianne et Hans sont d'excellent hôtes, la maison est très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Des chaises et parasols sont aussi disponibles pour apporter à la plage. Plusieurs bonnes tavernas et restos tout près. Très belle plage à 5 minutes, Koroni, Methoni et plusieurs villes ou villages à visiter tout à côté. Vraiment nous avons adorés notre séjour. Merci à nos hôtes, on se reverras surement! Ein kleines Paradies mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Meer

Für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 6 und 8 Jahre) war es das perfekte Ferienhaus in dem wir eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche verbracht haben. Das Haus wurde erst kürzlich komplett renoviert und alles im Haus ist neu, sehr geschmackvoll, sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was man für einen Traumurlaub benötigt: perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und toller Kaffeemaschine; zwei wunderschöne Schlafzimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage, guten Matratzen und jeweils eigenem Bad; ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit extra Wintergarten zum Essen; eine gemütliche überdachte Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick aufs Meer und einen Garten mit Sonnenliegen. Zusätzlich gibt es vor Ort Badehandtücher und Liegen, die man während des Aufenthalts jederzeit nutzen kann. Marianne & Heinz sind ganz wunderbare Vermieter! Sie sind sehr freundlich und haben uns tolle Tipps bzgl. Essen, Stränden, usw. gegeben. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausgangslage um verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Alle Strände, die wir besucht haben, waren sehr gepflegt und trotz Hochsaison nicht überlaufen und ideal für Kinder. In dem kleinen Dorf, das man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht, befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man auch Brot für das Frühstück kaufen kann sowie eine kleine Taverne bei der Kirche. Der nächste Strand ist ebenfalls in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und man kann dort zwischen zwei Tavernen wählen - in beiden kann man sehr schön sitzen und hat einen super Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Zum 2. Mal ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im diesem schönen Haus zu Gast und es war wieder traumhaft. Abgesehen von der top Aussicht und der stylischen Einrichtung war auch alles wieder sehr sauber und durchdacht (Strandtücher zum Ausleihen,...). Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebe und herzliche Menschen. Wirklich ein Traum, es fehlte an nichts.

Super Urlaub

Selten haben wir uns wohler gefühlt als in diesem wunderbaren Haus ,mit dem wunderschönen Garten und dem grandiosen Ausblick. Es ist wunderbar ruhig ,das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet.Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Angefangen bei der schönen Küche ,Fernsehen und Radio mit deutschen Programmen, sehr bequemen Betten, hervorragend ausgestattete Bäder ,alles was man für den Strandbesuch benötigt usw usw. Nicht zu vergessen die Vermieter Marianne und Heinz, die uns so herzlich empfangen haben. Es war einfach großartig! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Sind Wiederholungstäter und waren nach 2015 zum zweiten Mal zu Gast im Ferienhaus. Es hat sich ein Glück nichts geändert und weiterhin bietet das Ferienhaus incl. der Vermieter ein hohes Potential zur erneuten Anreise in 2017. Das Haus ist komplett und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist toll und der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt, wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Herbstwoche

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Bei der Ausstattung ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die herzlichen Gastgeber krönen den einmaligen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöner Erholungsurlaub!

Sehr sauberes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, toll aufgeteilt und alles da was man braucht (sogar Badetaschen und Liegen mit Tragegriff). Die Vermieter sind herzliche Gastgeber und jederzeit sofort da, wenn man sie braucht. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub in dem Haus mit toller Aussicht und kommen sicher wieder!

Griechenland macht glücklich

Wir haben eine zauberhafte, voll ausgestattete und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Garten angetroffen. Hier wurden wir aufs beste von Marianne und Heinz umsorgt und verwöhnt, vielen Dank dafür. Der traumhafte Blick aufs Mittelmehr und die wundervolle Umgebung rundeten das wunderbare Ambiente perfekt ab. Sehr schöne Strände und Strandlokale mit Bar, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirmen sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 min. bequem zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Vounaria, Charokopio oder Koroni ausreichend vorhanden und sehr gut sortiert. Der Urlaub war somit ein voller Erfolg und ein besonderer Genuss. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und die Region mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und viel Spaß und gute Erholung wünschen, wir hatten beides auf jeden Fall.

Erstklassige Unterkunft und tolle Vermieter

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vounaria. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und in der kleineren Ferienwohnung auf dem wunderschönen Grundstück haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen, um die Natur, die Strände und die antiken Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Alt-Messene) der Umgebung kennenzulernen. Abends war es dann immer schön, in das saubere und toll ausgestattete Appartement zurückzukehren. Ich habe mir leider nach dem Flug eine Grippe eingefangen, Marianne hatte aber sofort ein Erste Hilfe Paket aus Aspirin und Nasenspray parat. Ganz in der Nähe (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß/knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand mit 2 Tavernen (insbesondere Atkin ist sehr zu empfehlen). Alles in allem: Ein Top-Urlaub!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit pefekten Gastgebern

Großzügige, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (-Haus) in Top-Zustand, sauber, innen wie außen sehr gepflegt. Großartige Aussicht aufs Meer, ganztags beschattete große Terrasse. Mit Marianne und Heinz hatten wir (2 Erw + 2 Ki) zwei überaus aufmerksame und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber "gratis" dabei. Zum Strand mit Auto in 5 min, zu Fuß wild durch Olivenhaine ca. 20 min., zurück bergauf entsprechend länger. Strandrestaurant "Atki" mit Gratis-Liegen am wunderschönen schmalen, langgezogenen, nicht überlaufenen Strand sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Gastfreundschaft pur

Unsere Ferienwoche in Vounaria war eine wunderbare Zeit - nicht nur wegen der schönen Region, sondern vor allem, weil wir auf dem Anwesen von Marianne und Heinz ein kleines Paradies angetroffen haben. Die top saubere Wohnung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der grosse Garten lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein und bietet ausreichend Schattenplätze. Unsere Gastgeber haben unsere Erwartungen an ein Feriendomizil weit übertroffen. Einfach perfekt!

2 befreundete Pärchen im Mai 2016 Wir haben dieses Haus im Mai 2016 gemietet für 14 Tage und waren rundum begeistert. Wer einen unbeschwerten Urlaub verleben möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Mehr geht eigentlich gar nicht. Das Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alle ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Ich wäre sofort eingezogen und hätte nicht die geringste Kleinigkeit geändert. Es war wirklich ein Zuhause, wie man es selbst nicht gemütlicher gestalten kann und einfach rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. In der Küche und auch sonst im Haus mangelt es wirklich an nichts. Es war eine Freude morgens ausgeruht aufzustehen (Matratzen sind super) und auf der großen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön gestaltet und der Blick über das Meer bis Koroni einfach phantastisch. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren außerordentlich großzügig mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit bei Ihnen und auch miteinander verbracht und sie sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen im September.

Wir verlebten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub im Ferienhaus Messina in den letzten beiden Augustwochen 2015. Der phantastische Blick, der schöne Garten und die liebevoll komponierte Einrichtung werden unvergessen bleiben. Alles sehr behaglich und sauber. Die Besitzer waren außerordentlich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps für die besten Strände, Restaurants etc.

Excellent Summer Retreat

If you want Greek relaxation, this is it. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect house for our vacation. "Well maintained" is an understatement. The house was immaculate and has every amenity of home. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we enjoyed cooking breakfast and eating on the patio before our excursions. Everything in the house was as described and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. It is a great location with easy access to Koroni, Methoni and Pylos, all visited during our stay but you have to go no further than the beach restaurants in Voulnaria to get great food. Our stay would not have been the same without the personal attention of our host Marianne Matzer. She has thought of everything in the house and can provide recommendations in the local area to make your vacation a memorable one. I highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit.
