Small townhouse in a well-maintained and quiet residential complex with a shared pool in a prime location. You can access the apartment directly from the covered, secure parking space. The apartment is spread over two floors and features a basement with some fitness equipment, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a small single bedroom (in case someone wants to sleep separately), and two bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi. The windows are equipped with mosquito screens. Highlights include the two gardens/terraces—one featuring an old olive tree, a covered dining table, and a barbecue area; the other perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening. Our complex is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties or other large gatherings.
It’s a 10-minute walk to one of the beautiful beaches, the old town, a shopping center, a pharmacy, a clinic, a boat rental, and many good restaurants. Fantastic lakeside promenades invite you to take evening strolls and enjoy unique sunsets. A few bicycles are available for your use free of charge.
Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning, as well as taxes and the visitor’s tax, are included in the rental price.

If you’re planning an outing, the train station is within easy walking distance, the highway is right nearby, and Gardaland, Movieland, and the CanevaWorld water park are just a few minutes’ drive away. Verona Villafranca Airport is quick and easy to reach.
