Comfortable & very well stocked! Unpack your vehicle & enjoy! It's as simple as that. Trevor was great to communicate with & very accommodating. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

We love how clean and cozy this property was. And what a lovely surprise to fine snacks and coffee on the kitchen counter. It was also nice to have soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper. We didn’t have to bring anything. We enjoyed the short walk to Oneida Lake and even caught the morning sunrise.

It was a convenient location. Close to both Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I recommend Flo's Dinner for breakfast. Can't beat the 10-cent coffee. I needed to contact the host once for a question and he picked up immediately. I will be back next year.

Thanks Trevor!! We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, quaint, cozy, and comfortable, and the beautiful sunsets over the lake were definitely a highlight!A few minor things to note: the kayaks could use some upkeep, as they had standing water in them and we couldn’t locate life jackets. Also - I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke and did notice a lingering odor, particularly from the couch. Your advertised “beach access” could also be more clearly identified when at the lake front—we had to match the VRBO photos to figure out which lakefront area belonged to the your property. Plus, one other (little) thing, was a little farther from Syracuse University than expected, with limited food options nearby, so future visitors, bring food or go toLake House or BBQ place...especially on a Monday or Tuesday.Overall, it was a great little cottage and a peaceful, enjoyable stay—the sunsets were definitely worth it, and so peaceful.

Hi Andrea! Thanks for the review. A few things to note - in both the tablet and the printed out guest guide there are instructions on how to get to the waterfront and which property is mine. There are step by step photos for direction. The kayaks are brand new but left outside so they will get wet from time to time. The life jackets were in the shed as indicated in the tablet and also the printed out guide. Not sure about the couch, but I’ll check it out. It’s two months old and I did inspect the house before your arrival and didn’t notice any smoke smell as I have a no smoking policy. The two guests after you didn’t mention the same but I’ll inspect again to be sure. I’m glad you had a nice time - Thanks again!

Absolute gem! We loved our stay - family of 4 (2 adult kids). Extremely CLEAN, functional and very well equipped with everything you can think of. Location is gorgeous, peaceful and beautiful. We will stay again next year. Highly recommended for longer stays too. Book it before it’s gone!
