Beautiful, modern furnished 2.5 room holiday apartment with additional small gallery. The living room offers space for 4 or upon request, up to 6 people.
A fireplace in the living room invites you to have romantic hours. The region is located on the sun terrace in Falera. From the balcony you will have a great view (S/SW) Also, there is a playroom with a ping-pong table, pool table and foosball. A sauna and solarium can be used for a small fee.
The chair lift is located 500 m away from the apartment and during the winter, you can ski directly to the house with good snow conditions. During the summer, very well maintained hiking paths invite you to have diverse excursions. A golf course is located in the neighbouring village of Sagogn.

Die ansprechende Fewo im 3. OG, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, befindet sich unweit von Ortskern und Talstation der Seilbahn. Interessante Holz-Architektur des Wohnraums, Balkon mit grandioser Aussicht, geräumiger Garagenplatz; günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in die Surselva.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönen Aussicht

Gute Lage, nette Vermieter, top Aussicht. Freizeitraum mit Tischtennis, Billiard und Tischfussball war bei unseren Teenagern ein Hit. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und der Balkon sehr sonnig. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Absolut gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung.

Ruhige Lage, tolle Landschaft, idyllisch. Wir haben den Familienurlaub in Falera genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Von dem Balkon hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht. Man war immer aufs neue verzaubert von der Lage und dem wahnsinnigen Blick in die Berge. Wir kommer sicherlich wieder :-)
