The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in the centre of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Baška, 20 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed plot with flowers, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 1 m).
