Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter vor Ort kann leider von uns nicht bewertet werden, da unsere Ankunft und auch die Abreise außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten lag. Wir haben uns, obwohl wir nur das Wochenende hatten, in der Grachtenperle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sollte mal die Terrassentür (beide Flügel) generalüberholt werden. Sie schleift und quietscht beim Öffnen und Schließen.
