The newly renovated and fully refurnished 5-star vacation rental 2 on the first floor has a living area of approximately 85 m² with an additional 14 m² terrace. The apartment features an entryway with a coat closet and a full-length mirror. The kitchen, featuring a central island, is extensively and luxuriously equipped: electric kettle, capsule coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, large ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and high-quality tableware for six people. A cozy dining area for four people. A living room with a 55-inch TV, free Wi-Fi, a modern corner sofa, and a desk with a reading lamp completes the furnishings. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a large box-spring bed, a wardrobe with a mirrored door, a 43" TV, and a dressing table. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, a vanity with a large mirrored cabinet, and a hair dryer. The separate restroom includes a hand-washing sink. Garden furniture is available on the large terrace, which is accessible from the living room. Please note that guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay overnight. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; outside these hours by arrangement. Check-out is by 08:00 - 10:30. Keys are handed over on-site. The deposit is 50% of the total accommodation cost. The visitor’s tax must be paid on-site. It is 3.00 euros per person per day. Bed linens, table linens, bath towels, and hand towels are provided free of charge and changed weekly. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Pets are not allowed.
