With 70 square meters of living space, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom of the same size with two single beds. There’s plenty of room to unwind in the spacious, tastefully furnished living room, which also offers the option of an additional sleeping arrangement. The bathroom, with its spacious shower and modern design, will meet all your needs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee/espresso pad machine. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath and hand towels, dish towels, a hair dryer, and an iron are included. Hypoallergenic mattresses and reversible mattresses (firm/soft) ensure a restful night’s sleep. The adjacent spa park offers rest and relaxation, fun, and activities for young and old alike. The “Bäreal” is a paradise for children, and the adjacent outdoor wave pool or the summer toboggan run are just a few of the recreational options in Grafenau. And the best part is: you don’t need a car to enjoy all this. Payment terms: 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking. You pay the remainder upon arrival at the accommodation. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. The visitor’s tax of 3.00 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night, or 1.60 EUR per child (ages 6–15) per night, will be charged in addition on site.
