Servus and Grüß Gott in the "AuszeitBerg" holiday flat.
The spacious, family-friendly holiday flat offers 86 square metres of space and comfort for a break in the mountains. The flat is located in a newly built area and can be easily reached on foot from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station in just a few minutes.
In the direct vicinity of the flat are several playgrounds and shopping facilities, as well as the pedestrian zones of the two districts. The ski jump and the Hausberg valley station are both within easy walking distance of less than 2 km.
With the first step into the flat it is clear that your time out in the mountains begins here. In the hallway you will find a generously designed wardrobe with several mirrors. The bright, light-flooded living/dining area with an open kitchen invites you to linger in a convivial atmosphere and at the same time offers the best opportunities to enjoy home-cooked culinary delights.
Designer lamps and many other very individual and practical details contribute to the undoubtedly individual flair of the flat. This area is rounded off with access to the SW-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama.
The first of the two bedrooms offers a floor-to-ceiling window, a solid oak double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames, as well as a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is also equipped with a solid oak double bed, furthermore there is a full-size very stable single bed of the same design as a bunk bed above. A wardrobe, a large shelf area and a small desk complete the furnishings of this room.
The bathroom has a floor-level shower that is accessible by wheelchair, a bathtub, a washbasin that is accessible by wheelchair, a toilet and an electric towel radiator.
In addition to the toilet and washbasin, the guest toilet offers sufficient storage space.
In addition, there is a washer-dryer in the storage room.
Directly next to the entrance of the flat is a lift, with which you can easily reach the underground parking space or the main entrance on the ground floor of the house. There is also a lockable ski room in the basement for storing ski and hiking equipment or bicycles.
