• Bedroom 3 (Floor 1): Queen bed

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to explore the area. The home is just a short drive from downtown Wolfeboro, where you'll find restaurants, shops, marinas, grocery stores, and local attractions. Parking for up to 6 vehicles is available on-site.

The adjacent beach is private property and is not included with this rental. Guests may not use neighboring beaches, docks, or waterfront areas without the owner's permission.



Guest Support Hours:

Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.



You must also Acknowledge:

• Must climb stairs for upstairs and downstairs bedrooms

• Use of outside amenities are at your own risk

• Quiet hours after 9:00 PM (residential neighborhood)



The garage is not available for guests.

Strictly NO TRAILER PARKING allowed in this area!



Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

🔥 Propane for the Grill: Propane tanks are provided with the grill. If there is propane remaining from a previous guest, you're welcome to use it. However, if you find the tank empty upon arrival or it runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the tank at their own expense.



Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.



Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.



Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!



Fire logs, such as DuraFlame or Envirolog, are not provided.



Please use caution when driving to and from the property. The road leading to the home passes alongside a golf course, and while uncommon, golf balls may occasionally reach areas near the roadway. We recommend proceeding carefully and remaining aware of your surroundings while traveling through this section of the neighborhood.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the kayak, paddleboards, and other outdoor amenities at their own risk. For your safety, life vests are provided and should be worn at all times while using watercraft. Adult supervision is required for children near the water. By using the kayak, paddleboards, lake access, and other outdoor amenities, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks. The host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage resulting from the use of these amenities or recreational activities on or around the property.
