気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This was the worst experience. We didn’t arrive to the property until after a day on the water and I had to call and text to even get the code to enter and I was told part of the 12 bedroom property didn’t get cleaned which would have been fine if that was all. We got in around 8pm on a Sunday Labor Day weekend and found no toilet paper, one clean decorative towel and a load of dirty towels and sheets in the washer with no laundry soap to wash it. After multiple attempts to resolve with the host I finally received a pack of TP and one towel and laundry soap at 9:39. The main home which was supposedly cleaned was disgusting. Crusted food all over the kitchen, prior renters soap pooled in the shower, broken TP holder in the one bath and the other bath was a glorified out house separate from either building with the bedrooms. There were bugs everywhere including in glasses on the counter, a red spatter of something on the wall in the master and sand spurs all over the floor. The tv didn’t work upstairs. The “lake” was almost dry and not boat worthy. The yard was severely overgrown. It was a nightmare.
