- The house itself is a single-level rancher-style home with no stairs inside. Note: Access involves 3 steps from the driveway to the front door, or 11 steps via the staircase from the street.
Parking:
- Ample free street parking is available 24/7 directly in front of the house.
- Driveway parking is also available, though please be aware the incline is steep.
You'll have private access to the entire house, including backyard and driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.
Other things to note Up to 2 dogs are allowed ( max 100lbs combined) for $100 per stay. NO CATS, please. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dog unattended and that you pick up after your dog.
Accessibility: The house itself is a single-story rancher with no stairs inside. However, accessing the front door requires navigating 3 steps from the driveway or 11 steps via the staircase from the sidewalk.
Location: The house is located on Plumas St, which can experience traffic noise, particularly during peak hours. We have installed double-pane windows and good insulation to minimize this, but some noise may still be audible.
Steep Driveway: While driveway parking is an option, please be mindful of the steep incline.

NO SMOKING POLICY Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. A minimum $500 violation fee will apply, or guests will be responsible for the full cost of restoring the home to its original condition prior to the violation, whichever amount is greater.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR PETS Only guests and pets included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests or pets will result in a minimum $500 violation fee, plus responsibility for any additional cleaning, repairs, or damages resulting from the violation.
