Beautiful views and comfy bed, but a stressful check-in and loud constructionWe recently stayed at this condo in Reno, and there were definite highs and lows.The good: The unit itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent, right by the River Walk, with beautiful views that we enjoyed every day.The not-so-good: Unfortunately, our stay started off on a stressful note. We never received the access codes for check-in, and for nearly an hour, I couldn’t reach the owner by call, text, or message. VRBO wasn’t responding either, and we were in the middle of trying to find other accommodations when the owner finally called back. She explained that her automated email hadn’t sent, which I understand can happen, but the lack of response for so long was very concerning. The only compensation offered was a late check-out or early check-in/late check-out on a future stay at one of her other properties, which didn’t feel adequate given the situation.There’s also major construction happening both in front of the building (Wingfield Park is replacing the bridge through summer 2026) and inside the condo building itself due to fire damage repairs. The construction noise...drills, saws, etc., was quite loud during the day, and none of this was disclosed in the listing.Overall, while the condo is comfortable and well-located, the communication and undisclosed construction made the experience more stressful than relaxing.

The unit is well maintained and appointed. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. Convenient to restaurants and a grocery. Definitely would book this again.Bring your swimsuit if you want to play in the river.

The perfect view

This was our second time staying at the Panorama place. The view from that apartment is amazing . The unit has everything you need and the interior is done with great taste. I mean, really home away from home .

Great Location and Great Place

I was in town on business and this property is ideal. Walking distance to excellent dining, the Riverwalk area is beautiful, and the condo was clean, quiet, and secure.

Perfect Location

Panorama Place is the best place to stay in downtown Reno. It boasts stunning views, quiet building, many places to eat, close to hiking and Lake Tahoe. We couldn't have picked a better condo!

Graduation Visit

Hubby and I had nice stay during kids’ college graduations. Love the interior decoration and large windows with views (cityscape, park, river) + balconies. Great to have two nice bathrooms and laundry available in unit. Parking garage offered across river was a pleasant walk. In case you need luggage cart- they’re located on 2nd floor laundry room. It was also cool to see roof top terrace. Co-op was right around the corner for fresh organic food. We walked to Smith and River nearby for a delicious dinner one night. We should have checked into Starbucks WiFi or similar to update our emails prior to check in (for access codes) - we drove over the sierra. Once you’re in and have access to WiFi - smooth sailing. Deb was prompt with her communication by phone. The bed was very comfy and am relieved there was air conditioning. Deb, Thank you for hosting a wonderful place!

Weekend Event Stay

Great location and excellent, updated condominium. We were in Reno for the National Pole Vault Summit with our son and this was perfect for our short stay. I am very picky about places I stay and I would highly recommend this condo rental.

Great View

We were in town for a long weekend. Since our son attends UNR, we're always looking for a good place to stay that is not in a casino. The living space was great, everything you could want. Watching the activity along the river and enjoying the lights at night really make the place. It's an older building but the unit itself is updated. The bed is comfy and it's nice to have a kitchen/living/ dining instead of a hotel room. Deb checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. We will return.

Funky and fun

The building is very funky (built in 1962) and it's in a wonderful location, right on the Truckee river. We walked everywhere without any problems. The condo is decorated in what I would call modern West having been recently updated with new everything! The view from the 8th floor is fantastic. We loved the convenience of the location and the great decor in the condo.

Perfect Location

If you are looking for a combination of serenity near the river and an easy walk to downtown Reno, then Panorama Place will not disappoint. Deb was wonderful to work with, and it is obvious that a lot of effort was put into making sure that her guest had little amenities that are not normally found in other VRBO's. Since it is close to some incredible restaurants and coffee shops I did not cook at all, but the kitchen looked like it was very well equipped. Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable to get a good nights sleep. We are already planning on our next stay!

Very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. And the view!

Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at Panorama Place in the Park Towers by APerfectPlaceToStay.com. Deb expertly handled the one issue we caused ourselves. I would recommend this as a great way to do a short or extended stay in Reno.

Great stay!!

Location, location, location! Beautiful, well-equipped condo in a great location on the Truckee River. We got in late so when we woke up in the morning and saw the view, we were so happy. Mountains, city scape, bridges, and the river. Able to walk to so many places. Easy access to the thruway for day trips. VERY comfortable bed and having two bathrooms was great. Loved our stay! You won’t be disappointed!

Reno River Festival and more..

On a recent visit to Reno to see my son and attend the Reno River Festival we stayed at Deb's property and boy will I do it again! The property is directly across the street from Wingfield Park, right on the Truckee River. We were able to walk everywhere from the festival to downtown Reno. It's in the perfect location. The condo itself is on par with a four-star hotel. Well appointed with all of the amenities you could need and those you didn't know you needed (eye masks anyone?). Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and listening to the river was just what was needed after a long, fun day of exploring the city. Deb was a very communicative and gracious host. I would and will recommend Panorama Place to anyone traveling to Reno. Don't think about it..book it today before it's gone.

Beautiful condo, great location

My mom and I loved our stay here. The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfy. So much of the city is walkable from this place, and it has great views. It was pretty noisy outside Friday night, just as a heads up.

Supreme Stay on the Riverfront

You will not regret staying at this special condo in the BEST location in Reno. Eighth floor, two balconies, next to the Truckee River, and close to great dining and events? A no-brainer! Comfortable and peaceful interior, exactly matching the photos. Deb was accessible, helpful and her attention to every detail was not unnoticed. See you next time, Deb!
