After spending 10 years in Tokyo, Japan, I decided to take some time away to travel, volunteer and explore the world of organic farming and permaculture. I recently came back to the east coast, settling down in Montgomery Center, Vermont and am loving being surrounded by nature.

I grew up in a town called Longmeadow, Massachusetts. We used to travel to New Hampshire for camping and to jump around in the lakes and rivers. As an adult, I stumbled up Montgomery and Jay and thought it was an amazing place for not only skiing and snowboarding, but to grill, hike, swim in the lakes and rivers, mountain bike, play golf etc etc. Love it here.

This property is unique because its just on the corner of town...which means the side yard is not incredibly private BUT once inside, its like a little oasis overlooking the river. We're about 400 yards down river from an amazing swimming spot with waterfalls called Three Holes and the restaurants and bars are just around the corner so no need to drive late at night necessarily. We have Jay Peak just up the hill about 10-12 minutes away, Lake Eden 20 minutes away, a bunch of great restaurants nearby. You'll love it too.
