This cosy holiday rental is located in Fladungen, in the heart of the Rhön recreational area. With 45 square metres of living space, it offers you an unforgettable holiday. The holiday rental is designed to accommodate up to three people and is located on the top floor. The bedroom features a double bed and a sleeper sofa. The living area includes a kitchen, a dining area, and a sofa area. The bright bathroom has a shower. The apartment also features a south-facing balcony with patio furniture. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. A 50% advance payment may be required after booking. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot and high chair are available upon request (free of charge). During the colder months, the apartment can be heated sustainably with a tiled stove for cosy warmth. Alternatively, from October through April, the apartment can be heated with underfloor heating. The cost is based on usage: 50 cents per kWh.
