Farmhouse is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street yet mere steps from Middlebury College. This newly renovated modern farmhouse offers all the charm of Vermont with a modern Scandanavian style while surrounded by the cutest college town of Middlebury. The house has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and includes a game room, dining room, library, expansive backyard with a fire pit in addition to a beautiful living room with a cozy fireplace.

Whether you`re visiting the college, exploring the Green Mountains, enjoying fall foliage, or simply escaping for a cozy weekend away, this centrally located retreat makes it easy to experience the very best of Middlebury.

The Space
Inside, you’ll find bright, open living spaces filled with natural light, clean farmhouse finishes, and cozy touches throughout. The inviting main living room is perfect for movie nights, slow mornings with coffee, or unwinding after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring town.

The fully equipped kitchen is expansive with everything you`ll need to cook amazing country meals, including both an espresso machine and a drip coffee maker help start mornings right, while downtown Middlebury’s restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shops are only minutes away.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Spaces

The Farmhouse has four thoughtfully designed bedrooms featuring soft linens, cozy beds, and calming spaces to recharge. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms all have queen beds and share bathrooms in the hallways.

Upstairs, there is a bonus room offers a flexible sleeping and hangout space featuring a cozy queen bed and two comfortable couches that can convert into twin beds—making it a favorite retreat for kids, teens, or extra guests.

Literary Salon & Game Room 📖🎯

On the first floor you can pour yourself a glass of wine and settle in with a book in our Literary Salon where you will find there is a little bit of everything and it also makes for a perfect place to play a boardgame.

When it’s time for fun, head downstairs to the game room! We have a multi-game table that easily flips between air hockey and pool, with a ping pong cover tucked behind the chairs for even more entertainment. A large collection of board games keeps the whole crew entertained for hours.

💪 Basement Fitness Space

Want to squeeze in a workout while on vacation? We’ve got you covered. Located in the basement next to the half bath and laundry area, you’ll find a simple but equipped fitness space featuring adjustable barbells with light weights, an exercise bike for rainy-day workouts, and plenty of yoga mats for stretching or morning flows.

🌿 Outdoor Space

The Farmhouse has a large quiet backyard with a terrific firepit to enjoy in the evening. The quiet neighborhood adds an extra sense of privacy and relaxation while still keeping you close to campus and downtown.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, outdoor spaces, and the bonus loft/game room.

SHOES OFF:
Please keep dirt and germ out by removing your shoes at the the benches provided. Shoe shelves can be found inside the mirrored cabinet.

NO SMOKING/VAPING
Absolutely no cigarettes, cigars, vapes, joints, pipes or anything similar inside the house or on the covered porch. If you smoke in the backyard, please clean up after yourself.

IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING:
Accidents happen, if you break a glass or anything else, please inform the host along with a photo. In most cases, we will just replace. For more precious items, we will discuss on a case by cases basis

PLEASE DON`T TAKE SOUVENIRS
All items inside the house are provided for your comfort and convenience while you are our guests. DO make yourself at home. However, please do not walk away with towels, throw blankets, robes, hangers, mugs, kitchen utensils, or any other non-consumable amenities. We will be providing links to products you may wish to buy if you enjoy them.

We check our inventory upon each checkout, so if we find items missing and you did not send us a photo to report accidental damage, you will be charged.
