Host was very badly organised. We booked and paid well in advance for 4 people but they made up only 1 bed. Going to bed on our first night, we discovered no sheets or blankets on the beds in the second room. So my two daughters had no sheets or blankets on their beds the first night. They had to use beach towels on their bed and slept on a mattress protector. I spent the next day trying to get sheets for their beds. The host didn't respond so i had to contact vrbo who also had no response from the hosts. They did respond and bring sheets on the afternoon but very stressful for our first day in the villa. Another issue was with the payments, I paid the second installment by Stripe but the host didn't update the system to reflect this. I told them this several weeks before travelling and they said they would address it. But they didn't and I couldn't pay the deposit because it also wanted me to pay the second payment again. So the day before arriving i was trying to get them to update the payments. Property was great but the estate agent they use was extremely poor. It's really not acceptable that my daughter's had to sleep one night on mattress protectors with towels over them.
