Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private apartment as well as the building’s shared front yard, side yard, and backyard areas. Please note that we are a strictly no-smoking property, including all outdoor spaces like the stoop and yard areas. This helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and prevents smoke from drifting into other units.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask guests not to try other apartment doors or wander into areas not designated for guest use. As the outdoor spaces are shared with other residents, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping these areas respectful for all. We look forward to hosting you!
