Whether you're planning a weekend escape, fishing trip, family vacation, or extended stay, this lakeside home provides the perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and relaxation.

Notes:
We don't recommend bringing a boat trailer up and down the pathway leading to the house, as it's a narrow gravel road and can be difficult to navigate with a trailer.

Instead, we recommend launching your boat at one of the nearby public ramps, such as the Granbury City Boat Ramp (about 8–10 minutes away).

Once your boat is in the water, you can bring it to the property's dock and keep it tied there during your stay, then retrieve it from the launch ramp when you're ready to leave.


Pet Friendly
We are pet-friendly and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies for the first dog.

Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee, and any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the refundable deposit.
