Large, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Jardines de Bolonia", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (10 x 20 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, shopping centre 650 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 270 m, bus stop "Parada Puerto" 650 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2 km, shingle beach "Playa del Primer Montanyar" 200 m. Surf school 300 m, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
