I had a family wedding at 7Pines and I couldn’t justify 700 a night there. I’m a senior citizen and Peter was very helpful to get me from the airport to his place. I liked that he was on the property if i needed him but he never approached me. It had more than a dozen spaces right outside the front gate. I would stay there again.

Nous avons passer 3 semaines dans ce logement.Endroit très calme et sécurisé.Petite piscine mais jamais personne dedans donc on a pu en profiter le matin.Le gardien est très accueillant et on peut tout lui demander. Il est charmant.Le logement est assez grand pour 2 voir 3 personnes.La cuisine est indépendante avec réfrigérateur, micro onde et four. Attention pas de wifi et pas de climatisation.J'ai demandé au gardien un ventilateur je l'ai eu dès le lendemain.Facilité de se garer dans la rue.Pour le moins, ça serait la literie, le lit fer qui grince et clic-clac également pour la 3eme personne.Mais j'y retournerai sans soucis

Semana en Ibiza

Apartamentos adosados al parecer de los años 70-80 en muy buen estado de conservación. La decoración y menaje de cocina también es de esa época. Sobre todo esto último, el menaje de cocina, merece una actualización. Estancia muy tranquila y agradable. La localización no corresponde a lo indicado. En Google Maps aparecen bien situados como apartamentos MEGO

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Unterkunft besser als erwartet, ruhig, schöne Terasse, Ausstattung alles da was man brauchte. Gastgeber Peter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, Check-in/Check-out reibungslos, durften sogar noch bis abends im Appartement bleiben, dankeschön. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Super Apartment in top Lage

Habe 8 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und diese wirklich genossen. Auch der Zuzug von Freunden während meines Aufenthaltes war kein Problem. Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich un hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Klasse Lage mit guter Anbindung an San Antonio und tollen Stränden in der Nähe. Nur die Adresse bei FeWo hat ein wenig irritiert, da die Wohnung eigentlich etwas weiter westlich liegt. Der abgebildete Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in allem einen top Urlaub gehabt und komme gerne wieder.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft

Peter ist unkompliziert, freundlich und kam auch sofort das Bett reparieren.Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgerüstet. Die Lage ist ruhig etwas ausserhalb von Sant Antoni.

Guter erster Eindruck von Ibiza

Die Anlage is gut gepflegt und in der Nähe von der Küste, dem Strand and der Bushaltestelle gelegen. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet, aber Herd mit Backofen ist vorhanden. Bei allen Fragen war Peter sehr hilfreich, er lebt ja auch direkt vor Ort. Es war ein schöner erster Eindurck dieser wunderschönen Insel.

Una agradable y cómoda estancia

Peter en todo momento estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. Una persona amable y cordial. La ubicación del apartamento está genial, muy tranquila y apartada del bullicio pero a su vez cercana para ir andando o en autobús al pueblo o a Ibiza. Si que es cierto que la llegaba fue mejorable puesto que no teníamos la dirección correcta y nos costó encontrar el lugar, y hacía mucho calor y estábamos cansados de todo el viaje.

Appartamento essenziale molto spazioso ma senza aria condizionata. Proprietario educato e disponibile tant'è che alla richiesta di un ventilatore si è subito adoperato per portarcelo. L'indirizzo mostrato nell'annuncio non è corretto ma è sufficiente contattare il proprietario per ricevere tutte le informazioni necessarie. Fermata del bus molto vicina e comoda.
