House was clean! Host was responsive. Air condition worked awesome and easily kept up with the Texas heat. Great setup if your wanting to bring your boat for a fishing getaway. We rented kayaks and paddled the canals and looked at the nice houses along the water. The evenings are nicely shaded and cool. The ladder down into the water at the house is a nice feature as our kids did some swimming in the canal. The only thing that could make this a knockout place would be if they would add a swimming pool for a more refreshing feel.

We had a great time and a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed fishing, although unfortunately we didn't catch anything.Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and they strictly enforce that policy, so be sure to plan accordingly.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.
