This charming and freshly furnished, approximately 50 m² small 3-room vacation apartment with a balcony, suitable for 3–4 people, is located on the 2nd floor of Building An and can be reached by elevator or stairs.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the open-concept living area with an adjacent kitchenette, a small dining table, and the open living room, from which both bedrooms are accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven. You can make yourself really comfortable on the corner sofa in the living room to relax. In addition to cable TV, we provide the TV in the living room free of charge with Magenta TV, which includes many pay-TV channels as well as the streaming services “Telekom Megathek” and “RTL+.” In addition, you can use many other apps for free or with your own subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Prime, or Spotify).

The bedroom is small, but both sides of the bed are easily accessible through the respective room doors. The tall box-spring bed (1.80 m wide and 2 m long) offers a comfortable sleeping area. This makes watching TV in bed a pleasure.

The sofa in the guest room can be converted into a bed (W 1.30 m x L 1.90 m). A small TV with app functions and a Wii game console round out this small room. Daylight enters the bedroom (exclusively) through the small windows.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook just like at home. A large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher are also available.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

A washer-dryer combo allows you to travel with fewer clothes, even for longer stays. In addition, the storage closet offers ample space to store cleaning supplies, various toiletries, and other items. An ironing board and iron are also located there.

The balcony is sheltered by a floor-to-ceiling window, so you can enjoy it even in the evening, when temperatures are cooler, or even during strong gusts of wind.

With the free internet connection, you can stay connected even while on vacation.

A travel crib is available free of charge for our youngest guests.

Parking space included.

The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies are generally available for use even during the breeding season.

There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool located right next to it.
Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay.

Complex:

The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-bedroom vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views.

The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use.

A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.
There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee.

Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is just 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away.
