With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment" Modern frontline beach - Estepona" in Estepona is perfect for a relaxing holiday. This 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool (open all year round) and a garden, is also available for your use. Chill out by the pool on a sunny afternoon while enjoying spectacular sea views!

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Wij waren er met onze jongens va

Pros: Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Wij waren er met onze jongens van 6 en 8. Erg genoten van de rust, het heerlijke en rustige zwembad. Alles was heel schoon. De tuin wordt elke dag bijgewerkt en het uitzicht is echt pittoresk. Het zwembad was heerlijk van temperatuur en heel schoon. Appartement is zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Terras was ook prima om te vertoeven. Geen muggen en wespen. Bedden waren heerlijk, badkamers schoon en alles werkte prima. Klein puntje waren de toiletbrillen die zaten wat los. Contact met de eigenaar was zeer plezierig. Wij hadden wat problemen met de vaatwasser. Even bellen met Huub en een paar uur later was er al een vriendelijke servicemonteur die het weer opgelost heeft. Wij hebben ook echt genoten van Estepona. Een mooie stad waar je gelukkig nog Spaans om je heen hoort en echt heerlijk kunt eten. Geen " friet van piet" of een Engelse enclave. Was ook fijn! Tops: 1. Parkeren in de garage, 2. Super snelle en stabiele WIFI, 3. terras, 4. het publiek, 5. het zwembad 6. de view. Kortom de kwaliteit was top en wij hebben even heerlijk kunnen ontspannen en van elkaar kunnen genieten. Wij komen graag terug.

Pros: Comfortabel strak ingericht appartement, rook nog nieuw. Heerlijke bedden, fijn ruim terras met mooi uitzicht. Mooie inbouwkasten en badkamers met voldoende luxe handdoeken. Tip voor verhuurder: plaats wat legplanken of ladekast in de master bedroom. En zorg voor wat haken in de badkamers. Internet werkt supersnel.
