The cabin is fully furnished with contemporary mountain decor to give it a warm, charming fill. The open floor plan allows you and your guests to enjoy your mountain vacation to its fullest with plentiful amenities.

Enjoy cooking in a kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils and cutlery.
Relax in the living room by high efficiency wood burning fireplace (fire wood provided).

The cabin is equipped with Starlink internet service, enabling you, your friends and family to access your preferred streaming platforms and enjoy your favorite shows.
We still highly encourage you to "unplug" and enjoy great Colorado outdoors.

Guest access
Entry to the cabin will be accessed by smart lock with personal code. However, owners will be ready available 24/7 if you, or you're guests need assistance at anytime during your stay.

Brand new cabin with hot tub located in Valley of the Sun neighborhood Fairplay Colorado. Fairplay is about 9954 feet above see level .Our cabin is closer to 11000 ft.
Please consult your primary care physician if you are concern about the heightened elevation.
Cabin located just minutes from downtown Fairplay, 35-40 minutes from the town of Breckenridge, 60 minutes from Buena Vista, 2 hours from Denver airport.
----Getting around----
We strongly encourage you to use CO Trip. org prior to arriving or living our cabin, especially during winter.

During the winter season (especially inclement weather), please ensure you have a vehicle with ability to drive in snow terrain (AWD/4WD is strongly encouraged)

Additional items such as tire chains are recommended.

We provide you with instructions on how to get to our cabin safely.

Please be advised that most of the roads leading to the cabin in Valley of the Sun neighborhood are not paved.

We are not able to provide towing or escort services.
